When does Shiàoh start taking custom wholesale orders for the upcoming pre-Christmas shopping season?
Shiàoh accepts wholesale orders throughout the year, subject to studio capacity. Orders typically close at the end of October, as the pre-Christmas retail season becomes busy for Poppy & Pepper.
How long does it take Shiaoh to custom make wholesale ornaments?
Production usually takes 2–5 weeks prior to dispatch, depending on order size and complexity. Lead times may extend during peak season.
What can and can’t be customised?
We can:
- Tailor ornament selections to suit your store’s aesthetic and product style
- Curate designs to align with your target price range and budget
We cannot:
- Alter existing ornament shapes or sizes (there are currently 19 unique ginger jar designs available, with more to come)
If you are interested in developing entirely new ginger jar designs or alternative shapes, this would be considered a collaborative collection. Please contact Shiàoh to discuss further.
Do these ornaments come with packaging?
Yes. Ornaments are securely packed for transit, and packaging materials are included with your order quantities.
Flattened gift boxes, box sleeves, wrapping paper, and information cards are provided to support in-store presentation and gifting. Gift boxes are available for 1, 2, or 4 ornaments.
