From those timeless forms come 13 unique silhouettes, reimagined for today with a cobalt glow. Hung on the Christmas tree, they weave East and West, past and present, into one shimmering memory. Material

Porcelain slip, underglaze, and overglaze sourced from Australia, New Zealand, and China. Finished with a clear glossy glaze. Ribbons, wire, and threads are carefully sourced from Korea, Japan, and China.

Craftsmanship

Each piece is slip-cast, hand-decorated with cobalt blue underglaze, and coated in a clear glossy glaze. A soft 18k gold-gilded wire runs through the ornament, ready for hanging. Finished with blue, white, or red ribbons for a festive touch, and some accented with one or more tassels.

All ceramics and tassels are handmade by Shiàoh in her Melbourne studio.

Design

13 original jar shapes, inspired by ancient Chinese porcelain yet reimagined for today. Each ornament is a one-piece form—some with a base, others without. Modern motifs recall timeless designs, with no two ever the same.

Every ornament is finished with a ribbon on top and, optionally, a tassel or charm at the bottom. Presented in a gift box designed to spark curiosity and delight.
