Material
Crafted from high-quality porcelain clay, with speckled fresh white glaze or inky black glaze.
Craftsmanship process
We employ pressure casting for our plates, with each edge meticulously hand-trimmed by our artisans before being spray glazed. The Poppy & Pepper brand is lasered onto the bottom of each piece.
Design
Inspired by the timeless Chinese begonia flower motif, we adopted a semi-square shape for our collection with four distinctive fold-in corners. The distinctive shape of this collection is accentuated by consistent straight lines throughout. We apply hand-traced textures to evoke a stoneware appearance, and finish with monochromatic colours to complete this timeless design.

Note: We photographed our dinnerware under studio lighting and adjusted colours in post-production to ensure accuracy. The texture of the inky black glaze may vary slightly between pieces due to the glazing process. Care
Dishwasher, oven and microwave safe with care.
Ideally wares should not touch each other in dishwasher to prevent scratches on glaze and the ceramic animal tile.
Sudden temperature change, such as from oven to cold bench, or from freezer to oven, may cause thermal shock and damage your wares. Always place cold dish onto the wire rack in oven and place hot dish on cloth or wooden surface.
